Super Screw Joints

Our MES Conveyor Service Teams are trained and experienced in the very latest vulcanising techniques and processes and can offer a complete on-site, or in-house vulcanising service. All vulcanizing staff have progressed through from trainee belt fitters to vulcanizingassistants to experienced vulcanisers. We provide a 24-hour 24/7 call out service, providing nationwide UK coverage within nationally recognised Health and Safety standards.

We have several Conveyor Belt Maintenance contracts overseas, were we provide services from training and supervising in-house splicers, through to the management of conveyor systems including preventative maintenance inspections, roller and pulley maintenance/change out, scraper maintenance as well as being available 24/7 to be on hand for conveyor related breakdowns and to undertake daily inspections of belt.

We offer a full range of highly specialised hot and cold vulcanising services and mechanical/clip joints for belt widths up to 2800mm – for all belt types including multiply fabric, steel cord, ripstop, heat/oil resistant, solid woven and HE belts.

The Super Screw jointing system is a rubber alternative to traditional mechanical clips. It is a flexible rubber splice to screw on to the belt, no need for highly trained staff as it requires minimum training for on-site splicers and can be fitted in any weather conditions. The Super Screws can be used on all qualities of rubber belts and is matched to the rated tension of the belt. We can provide on-site training and supply all of the tools you would need to do it yourself. We also provide endless length belts fitted with Super Screws, allowing the belt to be quickly and easily fitted on site, minimising production down time.

Belt Repairs

The Super Screw jointing system can also be used as a very effective patch repair system for tears and gouges.
